Peaks Pursuit

Now that you’ve entered the race, our program aims to provide you with a fun and enjoyable 6-week training program to ensure you’re fully prepared by race day. This will be achieved through improving technique, skill acquisition and developing fitness.

The program will include face to face coaching and training on a weekly basis, as well as extra training options outside of group training.

In a fun, team atmosphere the program will provide:

• *A comprehensive starter pack that will include the training program, a training diary, and relevant information and literature for further development and understanding
• *Skills and technique for swimming, cycling and running
• *Transition practice
• *Rules and regulations
• *Triathlon tips and tricks
• *Email support and encouragement

Peaks Pursuit Corporate Triathlon Coaching is presented by Professional Triathletes Simon Thompson and Kelly Jarrett.

• Simon has over 18 years experience in Triathlon and has represented Australia at the highest level including the Olympic Games in Athens. He has been coaching since 1995 but has more recently put a focus on coaching becoming a Beyond Success Life Coach and gaining level 1 Triathlon Australia Coaching accreditation.
• Kelly Jarrett is a professional triathlete, qualified personal trainer, lawyer and investment banker.  Having only recently left the corporate world to focus on triathlon full-time, Kelly understands how important it is to have a work-life balance, and how difficult it can be to achieve that balance.

We aim to springboard staff development by providing an opportunity for staff to learn and train together. Qualified coaching will facilitate this development by engaging staff in a comprehensive 6-week training program which will cater for people of all fitness levels and athletic abilities.

Now in it’s 23rd year, the Nissan BRW Corporate Triathlon Series continues to build on its iconic status amongst the Australian corporate community.  The unique event format fosters the development of important corporate values such as team work, company pride and camaraderie, whilst simultaneously promoting the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle.
